Ironing tunnel – aging - stabilization and cooling RF1-RF2-RF3/TR ::
These machines differ from the normal ironing ovens in the extended
periods of heat treatment at lower temperatures: "just like in the olden
days", the shoe or boot slowly copies the mould, allowing the various types
of material the appropriate amount of time to modify. At the end of the
ironing process, the next cooling chamber process fixes the uppers and all
the specific details onto the mould in a manner that ensures its stability
even after the subsequent shoe-removal from the machine.
The modifiable parameters are :
- Air temperature from 80 to 160 °C
- Steam temperature from 120 to 160 °C
- Percentage of steam from 0 to 100%
- Cooling chamber temperature from 5 to 15 °C
- Production 125 - 200 - 275 P/H
