ROTARY OVEN WITH VACUUM TECHNOLOGY FOR IRONING AND STABILIZING THE SHOE:

The machine operates in four distinct phases and in succession:
1. Loading-unloading of 2 pairs of shoes or 1 pair of boots.
2. Pressure heating and humidification. (Regulation of air temperature, quantity and temperature of steam)
3. Ironing in high vacuum. (Vacuum and temperature regulation)
4. Stabilization in high vacuum. (Vacuum and temperature regulation)
The machine, equipped with a touch screen interfaced with a PLC, it’s possible to create and save recipes suitable for each type of footwear.
