Machine to reactivate glue

Machine designed to reactivate glue on components to be applied to the side of mountain sports footwear and sneakers.

Glue reactivation on the sole and side areas of the shoe is carried out using infrared heating technology (OPANKA process)

From the control panel, the following parameters can be adjusted:
> IR lamp activation time (rotating table 900 × 160)
> Pause time (required to synchronize the production cycle)
> Table temperature for sole adhesive reactivation
> Temperature of the side infrared heaters (OPANKA process)
> Automatic / manual cycle selector.
