Pneumatic bell press SP1 4.0

The SP1 4.0 machine is a pneumatic sole press with double membrane and pressure, which, thanks to a PLC with TOUCH interface, digitally controls pressing times and assembly pressures. The first membrane wraps around the sole and shoe – boot at an adjustable preassure; the second membrane at adjustable pressure assembles the sole and shoe – boot perfectly. The column moves horizontally, the mould rotates 180° to facilitate the fitting of the bootleg.
